Wendy Long, the Republican, Conservative, and Reform party nominee for United States Senate in New York, is on two-day trip to Steuben, Cortland, Yates, and Tompkins counties. She is the keynote speaker tonight at the Corning City GOP Dinner.
Congressman Tom Reed released his endorsement of Long’s candidacy:
“We need strong partners in the Senate who will fight to take care of New York. Someone who will stand with me and put New York first. Wendy Long embodies that individual,” said Congressman Tom Reed. “I am confident Wendy would serve New York well and she would fight for fair treatment for our families and our communities. I endorse Wendy Long in her Senatorial race. I’ve campaigned with Wendy right here in the Southern tier. I’ve seen first hand how much she cares about jobs and our families, just like I do.”

“Tom Reed is fighting to take care of our families here in the Southern Tier, Finger Lakes and Western New York,” said Wendy Long, New York senatorial candidate. “I’ve seen how much Tom loves New York because this is his home. I am proud to stand with Tom Reed because he is always putting our families first by trying to create jobs, keep our nation safe, and fighting for our kids. I fully support Tom Reed and I hope we will be working together in Washington.”
